How do I place an order?
We have a Paypal checkout system. Click on the "add to cart" buttons and you will enter the quantity of items you wish to purchase. Continue shopping and then proceed to check out. You can pay with your paypal account, credit card or e-check. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still use the Paypal check out and pay with a credit card.

Or you can send us an email with the items and quantities you wish to purchase and we can send you an invoice from Paypal with your total due.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do! You can send us a picture by email of another jig, spinnerbait, plastic, or hardbait and we can come pretty close to copying it with the right colors. If you see a color or pattern somewhere else, we can see if it is available to us and put it together for you.
How long will my order take?
That depends on the number of orders we have at the time. We fill orders in the order they are paid for. Once we receive a cleared payment, your order gets made and shipped when it is finished.
Normally we can have your order out in two days. But please allow at least 1 week for making and processing your order. Not including shipping time. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know. For first class mail you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-5 business days. Two-three days for Priority Mail. Almost all orders are sent First Class. Large orders are sent Priority Mail. If you need your order faster, request Priority mail. You will pay the difference in 1st class and Priority postage cost.

I have a fishing tournament coming up and I want custom skirts, can you have them done it time?
It's possible, depending on the number of orders before you. Please contact me and ask me BEFORE placing an order. I will let you know if I can complete the job or not in sufficient time and get it shipped out.
If at all possible, please give me at least 2 weeks notice for tournaments or special fishing trips. This way, it gives us both peace of mind that I have enough time to complete the order and allows for shipping time. The more time, the better.
How do I pay for my order?
You will pay for your order during the check out process through Paypal, e-check or credit card.

If you email me your order and prefer not to use Paypal, I do accept money orders and personal checks. When you email me your order and tell me how you will pay. I will email you my address where to mail the payment.

I like your skirts but I don't want 6 of the same color. Can I get 3 of one color and 3 of another color?
You sure can. Just email me what you would like and I will send you an invoice from Paypal. Round rubber/silicone mix skirts are set up to order 6 at one time and round rubber skirts are set up to buy 12 at one time. However, you can email me your order if you want different quantities and I will bill you through Paypal.
I make my own lures and sell them. Can I use your skirts to put on them?
Absolutely! This is another reason why we created Custom Fishing Skirts. We like to have a variety of products available not just strictly for fishermen but luremakers as well. We already have clients who are doing this.
I want to buy silicone tabs instead of the skirts, do you sell them?
I can sell you just the tabs. Email me with what you would like and how many.
I really like the look of your skirts but would like to see them up close before I commit to buy. Do you send out samples?
If you like them on the computer screen, I can almost guarantee you will love them in person but if you still have your doubts, I will send one sample per request. I will also gladly send a sample in any orders that are placed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $1.60 for the 1st item and $.50 for each additional item. Please see the About Us page for more information on ordering and shipping
Where are you located?
We are located in Wisconsin
Why can't I find a phone number or an address to contact you on the website?
We are an online store. We don't have a Brick and Mortar store and therefore do not have a physical address or a business phone number to be reached at. We are by the computer most of the time and get emails promptly. We also have live chat available for your convenience. We can still provide you with great customer service with the contact tools we have available. If customers ask that we call them and leave their phone number in an email, we will contact them by phone.
Do you sell you skirts wholesale or give quantity discounts?
Our prices are considerably low right now on our skirts. We do plan on giving quantity discounts in the future but to do so we would need to raise our prices to allow room for the discount. We try to keep our prices as low as possible. We are able to do that because we have low overhead costs but we still have everyday costs of running a business like any other business would. With that said, I don't think we will be able to offer "true" wholesale pricing but will have quantity discounts soon.
If I want to order a large amount of one of your colors/patterns are they available and ready to ship when I order?
We will have the materials on hand to make your order most likely. Depending on how large the order is and quantity of items in stock at the time you order, we may need to order more materials. Skirts are made by hand as they are ordered. We do not have a large quantity or even a small quantity of items pre-made and ready to ship when they are ordered. We have one person here who continually makes each skirt one by one as it is ordered. Because we have such a large variety of patterns and colors, there is no way to know who will order what colors at any given time. To be able to have enough material on hand for any order that comes in, we don't want to have material tied up in product that may not be selling at that time. Therefore each order is made as it comes in.
